Actually I would put a zero, J&L are holding up my supplies, the MD has faxed over my chart notes on more than one occasion. J&L is holding up my supplies, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Horrible experience! Work in a Medical practice and tried to use them multiple times and each time have waited over 1-2 months for them to let our patients know they are unable to assist or deliver. Never using them again!

I can't get them to pick up their equipment. They have made mistakes leading to me sitting home all day for multiple days without anything getting done and without communication. They are very disorganized and it's a big problem for me. It's causing me a lot of pain and wasting a lot of my time. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
