I've done business with many pawn shops. I've brought my personal belongings to Maslars and have lost my items to them 2 separate times. I never leave anything behind and Maslars wouldnt work with me, I'm on disability with a low income and I communicate regularly, however, even during this covid, they wouldn't work with me and even when I had the money and was willing to pay all the extra, they only offered to sell me my belongings back for full price. And even after they made money off of selling my items, I am no longer aloud to enter the store. Which is fine by me, they are rude and have poor customer service and it's a wonder how they stay open. They can keep my stuff cuz they basically did anyway. I will stick with Brass City a Pawn

This place is making a really good improvement better customer service and better deals flexible on pricing really nice furniture and great deals

I agree with everyone post that say the owner are racist, and has a very nasty attitude. Fine they do hire black ppl but that’s all front, customer service is terrible, delivery is a scam u will buy furniture in a nice condition but when delivered it comes all scratched up and they demand 25 to deliver and they don’t even take it in, only at the curb. I agree let’s boycott them for being racist and how they treat customer items when their already paid for them, and bad customer service let’s do it !
