The UPS Store

I have had a PO Box here for many many years. The staff at this location has always been so incredibly helpful, accommodating and upbeat! I get a lot of temperature sensitive products for work which is part of why I maintain a P.O. Box, plus it’s A LOT safer than getting packages at home with package theft on the rise. I’m always greeted by name and with a smile. By the time I get to the counter, my packages and mail are out and ready. Would never go anywhere else. They are the BEST!

I wish we would of read the countless bad reviews before going here. Once you have any kind of problem, look out. They would basically hang up on us on the phone once we were asking any questions at all to try to understand everything. Let alone, that we still don't feel that they had a good or valid reason that our package didn't get to where it should have, and what we paid for, and regardless of if a step in their process caused one of my items inside the box to break or not, or also even if it was "my own bad packaging job," given that my impression is that the box itself was not broken or ripped open and it going to the location is what I would have still preferred. This is a very wrongful logic and it feels like steeling. Worse yet we could see on the tracking that it was all the way to the state it was supposed to go to, yet UPS apparently cannot be bothered to simply call someone and ask if they'd still like it to go to the destination location even and regardless of if anything in the package could "possibly be broken." There were other items in the box which I know are not broken, such as jewelry. We had to move from the state at about the same time and they and evidently UPS in general gives a person literally zero options about this, short of rudely hanging up on you or telling you to call a useless 800 number where they will also do nothing about it. Shame on you UPS, and especially the extremely rude women at this store. Don't worry we didn't forget about this, and some higher authorities or Better Business Bureau will be informed yet. As well as that we'll find every way not to use UPS again until they realize their wrongful and what should be practically illegal rules, basically stealing gifts that were supposed to go to my family, geez.

I’ve been here many times and they are always very helpful, efficient, and courteous. I highly recommend this location. Great customer service.

I went in to get something Notarized and one of the ladies told me the notarizer was booked for today AS the notarizer was notarizing a document for a client in an almost empty store. The notarizer even heard me and didn't even bother to address me...The nerve! Will never come here again.

Their customer service at this location is horrible. I waited 20 minutes for her to help the customer in front of me. Then it became my turn and it was an amazon return and she said she wasn’t sure what to do with it because it won’t fit in the bag that they put amazon returns in and then started helping the person behind me. Said she had to “think” about what to do with mine. You don’t just skip and go to the next person if you don’t know how to do your job. It was a package less drop off through amazon on UPS. Nothing for her to figure out. I’m done coming to this location. The location off of green valley and pebble has amazing customer service and id rather drive out of my way to get good service.
