Display showed 3 nicely marbled chuck roasts so I got one. Opened at home and not even close to looking the same. After 5 hours at low temp in the slow cooker and still tough. Could have got those results from a local supermarket at half the price. I'll give them one more chance but I will ask to look at what I'm buying. So much for trusting your local butcher.

Excellent butcher shop. They have seafood and sides in shop as well. Excellent customer service to boot.

Very patient with me. Everyone had to wear masks and stay apart so it took longer to be able to see anything. Great selection although I was just there for sausage
