This is a great store with an excellent variety of high-quality products. The owner and staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable.
Best Italian treats in this side of the state. Local delicacies, home baked breads and pastas, and local ice cream, chocolate, etc.
The staff are exemplary human souls who are more than helpful and very loving and kind to customers., especially sisters Sue and Cindy. Food is great, too!
Absolutely the worst experience ever. There on Christmas Eve and the ladies that work behind the counter are extremely rude. Went early morning to pick out some specialty food was told they couldn’t fulfill order needed to be called in prior. Went back home to call in order for later pick up, was told could not call in order AFTER I was told I could. Eventually after complaining and dealing with the rude lady she said come back later. Went back later to pick up and of course rude and disrespectful to me again. Who speaks to a customer that way? Said they are busy? Place is empty ( always empty)they are sitting around doing nothing. They can’t afford to be Turning customers away. Left my items on counter and walked out. Will never return to establishment. Ruined my holiday! Should be ashamed of themselves. Time for her to retire, not the community feel of Southbury that other businesses offer. Good bye !
