Not only does he give me the lowest quote for shipping among his competitors, after he is ready to ship my item, he charges me less than his quote, because he overestimated. The best shipping experience I can remember I've had in many years.

I can't say enough good about these folks! Craig is always helping me ship something or other. They can even make custom boxes for those odd size items (like bikes!). Totally awesome shop! I go there instead of the nearby post office every time I need to mail anything or ship anything. :)
