Absolutely horrible pet wash experience. Upon arrival I asked if they had the industrial blow dryers as this was the main reason for my going there. The Middle aged man behind the counter was rude and unknowledgeable. After beginning to rinse my first dog I had to ask for shampoo as none was available. The shampoo that was offered was extremely diluted with water as a result after almost a full bottle I was not making any progress. Once finished and completely rinsed I proceeded to use the blower which was broken. I asked to use the other blower however was informed that both were broken. As I was being checked out, at full price, I was asked how was experience was. I was polite about my response however made it known that if customers come in specifically for a product or service they should be informed if it is broken or unavailable.
This pet store is the best! Always helpful and making sure the food u need for your pet is available or lets u know when it will be one of the staff Ben is very pleasant and super helpfuln. He goes out of his way to assist you and your pet. Very informative of products and food stock

I have had very good experiences at this store with all staff except the dog groomer. Over 2 summers I have either not gotten call backs or, most recently, was told by the groomer that she is not taking new customers! Does she have some exclusive deal at this store? Why not more groomers?
I can't say enough about the staff at this store they always drop whatever there doing to help me find exactly what I'm looking for. This weekend I was in the store and a young gentleman and what appeared to be his boss were so helpful in helping me find new food for my dog, after finding out the food I had been buying was being discontinued. I have been to other locations but the staff here always seems to go above and beyond for the customers.
