Totally agree that this rating is too low!! Exceptionally friendly service! Easy to walk in, get your package prepared, print labels and drop off - not just UPS items. And if you have questions, the staff is always available to help you out. Plus they have a notary on staff, call before you go to confirm he is available. One stop and done.
This is by far the best UPS store I have ever been to. The workers and owners here are exceptionally nice, friendly, and go out of their way to help you. I have had to drop packages here regularly here for years and it has always been great. They also offer great advice when trying to figure out how to ship on a budget.
The Parcel Center is a small family owned business. Baz, the owner, is very kind and helpful. He will gladly spend time with customers either in person or on the phone. I drive past at least three UPS stores to get to the Parcel Center because of how great the people there are. While many UPS stores rush to get people out of the door, the Parcel Center is much more welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend their services.
These guys are AMAZING. I came in last minute with a fairly complex order and they turned it around so fast. They seriously saved my life and were super nice and patient while doing it.
I had to do a return to Amazon it was so simple. They scanned my code printed two labels asked if I had anything else, handed me receipt and I'm out the door. Excellent fast and with a smile.
