With all the crazy weather we’ve been experiencing, especially Connecticut of all places receiving hurricane strength wind, it was time to get prepared. My family and I purchased a generator from A&J last week. Tony and his team came, installed the generator, made sure it was functioning properly, squared up with us and then left. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly, made for a very easy experience. Now I won’t be sitting in the dark next storm. Thanks guys! Great work!
I rarely write these reviews but I just had to today. This company truly deserves 5 stars. Today a very personable, polite and knowledgeable young man named Joseph fixed my generator. I'm so pleased with this company. I highly recommend!
It seems to me that these guys will bend over backwards to help you out. With the latest storm in August of 2020 they came the same day and fixed our generator. Anthony was marvelous and his dad Tony is the best. two thumbs up highest rating possible.
After 4 days without power our generator stopped working all of a sudden on Saturday. I called several numbers to no avail, after all it’s the weekend and we’re not the only ones with an emergency. I eventually was able to speak to Sandra. She was very professional and helpful as well as honest and truly tried to give me hope. Shortly thereafter a technician (I would say his name but I’m bad with names) called me with specific instructions as to what to do. I was able to get the generator started again. Sandra and technician were helpful and we will for be grateful . I will be calling them to service our generator for sure.
A&J Generators is a great team! I don’t know too much about standby generators so thank god that they do! I needed a new generator installed after mine had a tree fall on it during the storm, ironic right? I bought a Generac generator off of the for a very fair price which included installation. Super efficient and professional family operation. 10/10 service!
