Absolutely lovely staff who were helpful, efficient, and perfectly conscious of the covid situation.
I've been coming here for 15 years since the merge they are awful. Way to many people work there now, all who clearly have no idea whats going on. Waited a month for my glasses, still don't have them. Was told my address was wrong and they couldn't be delivered, address wasn't wrong when I repeated for a second time so they tried again. Never got a phone call the first time letting me know they were even in let alone just sitting there, not until i called the first time did they even tell me there was a shipping problem. When there was a shipping problem a second time did a get a call? Nope. Wont be coming back.
Since the merge they have been disappointing. My senior husband waited over 5 weeks to get his new glasses and needs them daily.No follow up phone calls on status please revert back to vision plus or you will be losing a lot of customers.We commute over 45 minutes to come here they were always great.
I’ve been coming here for three years and I’m so happy with their service! As a mother of young children, Cathy and Trish have stepped up on numerous occasions to help me get through my appointments when I haven’t been able to find a sitter. Recently, Cathy and Trish held my newborn baby girl while Dr. S did my exam. These ladies and Dr. have the biggest hearts!nnPlus, once I forgot my daily contacts (& glasses) on a last min trip to a funeral. Since their office is open Saturdays, they faxed my prescription several states over so I get the contacts I needed to see that weekend.nnTrish also helped get me the most of my benefits for my contacts, and Cathy helped me pick out my glasses. Very happy customer here!
I used a different place in New Haven for years and it was very impersonal and glasses took forever and staff was not attentive. I came here for myself and had to bring my mom and daughter too. From now on we'll come to Vision Plus. Dr.Szczepanski was great. Explained the process all the way through the exam and was super friendly. Staff is great too. Thanks Trish!
