Hine pool water guys were great. I left a message over the weekend and they called me back first thing Monday morning.nThere was a snafu where my pool skimmer was still open (because I hadn’t hooked the filter back up from winter) and so the water, which Hine delivered on the opposite side of pool from the skimmer, came pouring out the skimmer basket. The delivery guy didn’t know that. And because the water came into the pool faster then it came out, he wouldn't have been able to tell.nWhen I realized this, after they were gone, I called to complain that they should have closed skimmer basket. The owner politely explained that they don’t touch pool equipment. I took responsibility and also realized the deliverer couldn’t have seen this. I requested for them to come back for a merciful top-off. And Hine graciously agreed.nThis is good business. I will surely use them again in the future.nnAnd I’ll be sure to connect my filter first before a delivery!nnMattnOrange, CT

I recently ordered water from Hine Pool water. Delivery was on time and driver was very nice an knowledgable about my pool. The water was crystal clear as well I didn't need much to balance my pool after.
