Twice we had them come out to our house for quotes in a 3 year span... Both times we had to call to get our quotes.. Our most recent experience was the worst.. The young male who came to our house to give us ideas barely spoke to us but listened in on a conversation with my neighbor concerning a pipe in the ground at the property border. 8 weeks later still no quote was sent.. I called and it took another week to some type of quote... Quote was for a pool size we never even talked about. They seem to only want to work with the higher end clients.... I understand it was a busy season and they ran out of Pools but it is now late October so there should be no excuse to have good customer service..Its ok I work in public safety so they will not be getting my recommendation on any of my fan pages or forums.. If you are reading this call Imperial Pools, Hunters Pools or Brothers Pools. You will be better off and will save thousands of dollars.
The knowledge and salesperson was excellent...
Normally a good experience. Unfortunately I forgot my mask in my car and as I was waiting for help by the parts desk a young kid came near and told me I wasn't going to get any help until I put a mask on. I didn't take his attitude well and it evolved to a not good place. Kid needs to learn to approach folks different. Asking me to get my mask would have worked out better.
I do not recommend them. Very disappointed with their service.
I’ve had aquatic work on my pool several times. They are always happy to charge me but rarely make any improvements.nnI paid for them to replace some underground plumbing which resulted in a giant mess in my pool and yard. They tried to hide concrete in my woods rather than asking me where to dump it or hauling the mess away like any landscaping company would. They will not re-seed after they tear up the lawn. There were concrete chunks in the pool that they left behind. They mention that they new concrete won’t match in color, but it also doesn’t match in texture, nor is it flush. They don’t clean up their messes. When you ask for follow up visits because you have issues with the work they’ve done, be prepared to be charged again and again.
