Visited on 9/4/20 to get three new phones and transfer old phone setups to them. Kory worked on every issue I had for HOURS until things were done right. Could not ask for better service or treatment from start to finish. I took up a lot of their time that afternoon and was treated with nothing but joyful courtesy and patience. Top notch service.

Kory made it so much easy to get through by being kind and patient with me. She took the time to actually try to fit my needs the best for me. She is an amazing person to go to when you need help with your phone or anything verizon related.
I would come here even if I don't need a phone repair. They are just nice people to talk to. They are great at what they do and don't mind getting to know you a little
