I called and informed me that I had to go on the website and put in a request that was over a week ago I checked up on my quest they say they didn’t get anything told me to email him still no response to my email I called the other day he said he’ll fix it and try to have my item ready by Friday. Nothing no call and today I call nobody knows anything about my emails and I have email showing I’ve been contacted you guys and no response and now they tell me oh maybe you should go try Staples. You don’t think I didn’t think about going to Staples the first time but I wanted to professional label but OK won’t call again
I had a last minute order with thousands of pages and Docuprint was able to get done what we needed to get done, and it was all on time. Each person that I spoke to was extremely nice and extremely helpful.
