Good selection of shoes
I have not been in many DSW locations, but this particular store has nothing but great service. I have been shopping there for some years now, online too. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I really like the selection. It is always changing and varied. The prices are very reasonable and the discounts can be considerable. The staff have consistently been helpful and welcoming.
There was a reason I stayed away from this store. The cashier I had the gave me worst customer service experience. I had coupons send to be by mail. She had an attitude because I wanted to use them. Then I also had rewards on my account I wanted to use and she told me they had expired. I made my way home and logged on and sure enough my rewards are sitting there.
Staff is always fantastic! Returned an online purchase and bought a couple items in the store. Thank you!
