Please Take your money and business else wherenTook over 3 weeks to replace a part that could of been done the same day just technician forgot in the warehouse. After 5 and yes I said 5 technician 5 appointments and now week 5 the work isn't done yet a simple task changing out a bed frame for a new one ( which they have in stock )nStaff is clueless managers cannot read simple notes endless promises that it will be done this week well that is a lie cause its week 5 and nothingnhalf of the technician have no clue what there doing not sure how they even received this job in the first placenthey schedule an appointment never show never callnNothing but nonsense stress dissapointed .
This place HAS to be the WORST place, EVER! Absolutely worthless, when it comes to Customer service and getting you supplies in a timely manner! PATHETIC!
these people are lousy the power went out my friend was using her emergency tanks because she couldn't use her compressor for oxygen she tried to call them know one answered for over 12 hours the next day they called said power was down so they couldn't charge any tanks if it weren't for the fact i located a tank she could have died from having no oxygen then the power came back on to use the compressor and she still has for empty emergency tanks what good are they when you need them they can't do anything beware of them they don't care
Honestly I’m very unhappy with how long they took getting a CPAP machine, I had to call them multiple times. Only good thing about them is the customer service representatives being nice. Other than that I would highly recommend going to a different company to get your services done.
brought a used hospital bed that they had picked up from a nursing home and no mattress unflippingly unbelievable. Never seen service men that are of no service.
