The workers are so nice
Usually have decent prices and a large variety to choose from. It's difficult for me being a woman with size 11 feet to find shoes I like, but if I see a pair I like and they don't have my size in stock at the store, they will order it online for you and have it shipped to your home or the store. I've done that a few times with DSW and have always been satisfied. On a side note: I'm only giving four stars because the clearance section for size 11 is extremely, especially in comparisonto other sizes. But overall, I LOVE DSW! Have been shopping there for years!! Great styles to choose from too!
The manager, Cynthia, is amazing. She went above and beyond to assist me in consolidating accounts as well as help me utilize all the discounts available to me online, in store and through VIP rewards. I highly recommend.
It's a fine store but at check out, a woman was returning an item which is fine. What's not fine is the cashier spent 12 minutes looking for an alternative item since the store didn't have it in stock. The cashier never acknowledged the growing line, which had swelled to eight people. It wasnt until another worker had noticed the issue, were we checked out.
DSW is the worst shopping experience imaginable these people need to learn how to run registers I waited in line for almost one half hour to be checked out. Totally unexceptable. Never AGAIN !!!
