The staff was very helpful ,courteous to me. One girl helped carry two huge bags of rabbit hay for me and the cashier took all my purchases to my car due to my handicap. The experience at the Branford, CT store was great .I would recommend all people to shop here.
I bought a puppy here and he is perfect. They had answers to all my questions and records from Mushu's first day of life to the day I got him. The price was fair (I paid in full). I got a wellness checkup at the vet In the first 20 days i got him and he had a clean bill of health! It is a great place to get pets and they have EVERYTHING you could need and lots of different choices. Cant beat the prices really...wish I lived closer!

Amazing pet supply store with a huge variety of products. Kind and knowledgeable staff with SO MANY ANIMALS! I always spend some time to look around, its like a visit to the zoo!
