Love this shop.❤ My significant other exclusively purchases work shoes from Hide and Sole.The gentleman who assisted him delivered world-class service that far exceeded expectations. Wonderful place! Bought a pair of Chacos and the dog chewed them up the same day. They gave me a discount on another new pair when they didn't have to. Really appreciated though!
The ladies who work at Hide and Sole are very professional and helpful. I tried on several shoes before I found the right pair, and I never felt like I was imposing on their time. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of today. I went back to Hide and Sole with a coworker and the man helping us wasn't as helpful, but it's possible he was tired or having a bad day, and I understand that feeling all too well. I'd definitely recommend Hide and Sole as a place to get quality footwear.
I have had the same pair of Birks resoled three times. They are returned in nearly new condition every time. Believe me, they are old but come back with a new life. Hide and Sole, you are miracle workers. Thank you ud83dude0a
