I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Piper Memorial Emergency Vet. We just had to bring our cat there for emergency surgery and had an exceptional experience. At first they told us they had quite a few emergencies that night and we would be waiting for many hours, however in only 15ish min they brought our cat right in. The vet and the surgeon personally called me many times to give me updates. They were so kind, asked how I was doing though all of this, made sure I didn't have any questions. I am so thankful for this establishment and all the amazing people who work there.

This animal hospital saved our cat’s life. One day, he randomly wasn’t eating/drinking or was throwing up constantly. They properly diagnosed the issue and kept in contact with us every step of the way for different test recommendations to figure out what was wrong with him. The vets were all caring and responsive, but realistic. A month later, after antibiotics and being on a feeding tube, we are so happy to have him happy and healthy at home. :)

Could not possibly say enough good things about them. Dr. Gardner saved all 3 of my kitties. I brought in kittens that I had just got and they were all severely sick. They were all so kind and knowledgeable. With her exam and treatments, they are already much better. If you need emergency care for your pets, this is most definitely the place. Thank all of you!

I called them after finding out my beloved rescue Tigger was critical & needed to be seen. A kind woman didn’t ask me millions of questions she said ...” bring him right down” I pulled in they took him then she called me to explain his diagnosis. She led me in to see him, every single staff member was so kind, helpful & consoling. She stayed with me after to console & talk to me, she even spoke to my daughter on FaceTime because I was alone & this was so unexpected. After it was over I stayed for some time to be with my baby. Staff came in again to see if I needed anything & told me again... stay as long as I liked. Tigger was my life... he rescued ME! Thank you for caring for both of us during the absolute worst time of my life.

We brought our puppy in emergently for vomiting at 7 pm. We called ahead and let them know we were coming and to their credit, they took her right away. However for over 24 hours we received minimal information. The original brief conversation with the vet was they saw a blockage and she might need surgery. Then we didn’t hear for over 12 hours. We called twice and were told “they are rounding”. Then we were told they were waiting on a tech for repeat X-rays. Finally at 4 pm the next day we were told- oh, she’s fine, we are discharging her at 6:45 pm.nTerrible experience and lack of confidence in clinical acumen.nI know they are busy and the only 24 hour service nearbynWe were definitely treated like a number
