Hi. I needed to visit the UPS store next door and was leaving as the nice employee was pushing a beautiful Troy-Bilt, Honda powered, self propelled mower to the sidewalk for display. Needing a mower and hesitating to buy new (because I ruin power equipment prematurely) I cut a deal and brought this bright red baby home. This unit was gently used and runs smoothly and quietly. Fair price, good deal, pleasant experience. I must admit that this is my first pawn shop experience. It was a good one.nnKevin McDermottnWaterbury CT
Terrible place to do business. The customer service is below terrible. One employee carries a gun, and makes it no secret he has it..... keeps putting his hand on it as if he has some sort of complex with it. We didn’t even get to exchanging stuff. I will never enter the store bc of how tired the staff is. If your planning on going there, I wish you luck.
I wasn't sure of this place by the mixed reviews, but I am happy i went. They gave me great money for my old jewelry and the were super friendly. Snagged a a great deal on a DeWalt Cordless kit while I was there. If you haven't been here its worth checking out, they have great selection of tools and jewelry. Don't put too much faith in the bad reviews, they treated me right. I will be back

Great place to pawn with low interest. The staff are very friendly and willing to help you, not be out to get you. Their prices and quality of merchandise are great. I go there all of the time. The best spot for start up equipment if you're looking for tools, power tools, mowers etc.
