Wanting to give a HUGE shout out to Middlesex Emergency for their attention and care last night in treating my son. We ended up in Emergency after a run in with a tree on a mountain bike trail.nnThank you to PA Eric Kneadel and Dr. Matt Dolan and our nurse, I am so sorry but I forgot her name, who were not only kind, attentive and thorough but were solid professionals in their demeanor and process.nnWe were seen right away and the staff completed their evaluations and, assessments right after we were admitted. All of his testing processed through back to back, making our stay short yet thorough.nnI am grateful to Middlesex and its staff and confident in their ability and skills. His attending physicians were stellar. Thank you all.

In 2015 I came to the ER for a problem I've been having for a couple years I waited 3 hours before I was seen finally after many trips to the front desk and complain about being very sick and dizzy finally a nurse triage took my vitals and explain to me what I was taking for medication then I had gone back out into the waiting room waiting another hour finally put me in a room there I waited forty-five minutes until a nurse arpn came in and wanted to know what the problem waswhy was explaining him the symptoms and what I've gone through and wanted to be checked out for a second opinion he told me that this hospital only takes people with broken arms severe cold chest pains and stereotype me as wanting to be there for narcotics basically they threw me out in plain Englishhe then gave me a prescription for hydrazine which is like Benadryl and left the room I got up put my clothes on and left I never seen a more unprofessional no accountability incompetentin an environment where you need to have bedside manners and empathythese people should really taken another profession maybe McDonald's

Sent by my PCP for respiratory symptoms to the ER...denied entry, sent to prescreen trailer...charged $500 for no service. Don't go to ER if you can help it...it's a scam!!! Billing in customer service dept totally unhelpful, said they weren't even sure how prescreen trailer billing was being handled!! $500 lost, no services rendered by ER...and was sent to New Haven next day by PCP and employer for rapid covid test!!

I'm an addict in recovery , almost 3 years clean. I get treated very poorly, even after the extensive work I did to clean up my life. It's very sad. Brushing me off like nothing. I won't get into the specifics of my issues. Go home, possibly die. That's how I felt when they dusted me and discharged me. They must change the way they treat former addicts, especially when it's crystal clear that they are NOT drug seeking. For example chest pains that go through to your back, left arm. Smh.

Outstanding medical treatment. I'm 69 years old and I've been a patient there 7 times during my lifetime. Each time, the medical staff displayed incredible teamwork and a willingness to go above and beyond. The level of care was truly amazing.
