Known the owner for years. He is a great guy that values all outdoor activities. Great place to get your gear. If I was still living in CT I would be getting my bait and gear there.
The merchandise was good. My experience was disrupted while I was checking out.nnStickers for sale in case by register “politically incorrect /pol/.” I asked the person at the counter, perhaps the owner, what the stickers meant. He said he bought them online and wasn’t totally sure...nnI associate /Pol/ with white supremacy. It’s often next to confederate flags. I instantly felt unwelcome and concerned because of shootings claimed by people identifying with /pol/.nnTrying to learn more, a search for “politically incorrect /pol/“ lead me to numerous images with swastikas. That left me more concerned.nnIf that is not what the owner wishes to convey to customers, I hope they will remove the stickers.
The owner's not afraid to stick up for his civil liberties! Please keep us posted if you have any more problems! Best of luck.
