I brought one of my dogs in with me one evening to get something for my other dog. The dog I had with me was terrified, and the girl working was so patient with us, helping me find everything I needed and more. I will definitely be back to Pet Valu instead of going to Petco! So much more inviting, and the employees are very knowledgeable and more than happy to help!
This is an amazing store. It was clean and organized. Although they did not have my item, I was handed an alternate product that was even better. The store employee has excellent customer service experience 7/21. She knew her customers by name and also the pets names. She is a great listener. Regards
Not happy. Made an appointment to have the dog groomed weeks ago. Waited through June said they could do early July. Showed up and was told groomer retired three weeks ago and I have an appointment to self wash my dog. They could have called me and told me and I wouldn't have wasted my time. Employee was insistent, all the while not wearing a mask. At least give me the courtesy of a call and tell someone the groomer no longer works there. And wear a mask. Good grief.
Self Bathed 2 Dogs.Staff very Friendly and Helpful.We will Return when needed.
I took my dog to get his nails clipped here and the groomer alerted me that he had an ear infection. He is being treated and I'm so grateful. Thank you again ❤ I also use the self dog washers and it's so convenient. The staff here are so nice and helpful, I highly recommend.
