Genuine and helpful. I’m confident in the doctor, she’s been super informative and has always made a point to explain everything well. They’re always willing to work with you so you can get what you need. I’ve never had any problems and highly recommend this place!

I’ve gone here a number of times and usually they are pretty slow but this last visit it was ridiculous. Waited over an hour for the only nurse on staff. Was interrupted repeatedly by members of the staff when asking what was going on. I was asked to come back at a later time, and that they couldn’t discuss anything over the phone (which they have done in the past). Wth is going on PP? Very upsetting.

They are always kind and helpful. They are not condescending like other clinics in town. They are real people helping real people. They understand that it can be embarrassing or scary and treat you like a human being. I will take mynbusiness here from now on.

Really kind and helpful. Have a high amount of expertise and care for your health. Went above and beyond expectations based on other reviews. They are wonderful.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Planned Parenthood. I made an appointment at which time they asked me to be 5 minutes early. When I showed up to my appointment I was 10 minutes early. I then waited 40 minutes past my appointment time (50 minutes from the time I arrived). At that time the receptionist call me up to the counter and said that the wait was caused by an inability to verify if the service would be covered under my insurance but they should hear back any minute. I had a seat. A couple minutes later the receptionist called me up again, said she spoke to the department that deals with insurance verification and they were unable to confirm if the service would be covered because my insurance office must have closed early. She then said I could continue and receive the service they just did not know if it would be covered, however, I know the ACA requires the service I was to receive to be covered. Not quite sure why they needed to verify that....unless it was an excuse. Also thought that's why you submit to insurance and if it was not covered why I would then receive a bill. Unfortunately they decided to waste an hour of my day instead of calling and asking me to reschedule or asking me if it mattered whether they verified it was a covered service. Also unfortunately I left without the service being performed. I also watched another individual, who was there before me and waited quite a while, leave because they could not see them in a timely manner either. Maybe they should rethink their scheduling and give patients an appropriate time to be seen rather than an obviously unattainable time frame that requires patients to wait past their appointment time.
