1 cashier working today... 15 people in line and 1 cashier. Bank of America disappointing once again... that’s why I do all my banking somewhere else. Service sucks... all the time.

Racist Mexican-Americans & other "latinos" that work there, under the general supervision of Area Manager John, a white man, no one of black American descent working there although this bank is in the "black suburbs" of Las Vegas (significant population of African-Americans in this area of Centennial/North Las Vegas) which is indicative of a racist & discriminatory hiring policy & workplace culture, refused to cash a check of mine even after they had me place my fingerprint on the check & provided I.D., refused to call the issuing bank to verify the check's authenticity, treated me like a criminal, Area Manager John sustained both Mgr. Theresa Martinez & the discriminatory teller who refused to cash my check, ended up having to go to a nearby check cashing place next door to cash the check where I ended up spending $35 in fees to do so, fees that I could've saved if BOA would've behaved like civil, respectful, professional people & simply cashed my check with a smile & sent me on my way like they should have done. AVOID this bank!

When I came to make a cash deposit I also had some coins. They refused my deposit because my coins weren't in the rolls. Eventhough I didn't have enough change to fill the rolls they asked for me to do it myself. THAT'S NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Why should I have to do it myself when eventually they'll have to open up the rolls again to count it ( in less than 30 seconds). Makes no sense at all. Afterwards I decided to withdraw all my money and close my account. I was told by the Manager that I'd have to call an 800 number, because they couldn't close it on their end. WTF. Bye Bye bank of America. You're just as bad if not worst than Wells Fargo
