While everyone is slowly getting back to work, US bank is closing all the operations. And the ones that are open they are reducing hours. You wait at lease 30 min in line now. I use to like US bank because it was so convenient but now it’s trash just like Bank of America and Wells Fargo.
I really enjoy this branch very good customer service!
I actually love this branch, great team of employees and never had any issues. Of course at times it might be a slight wait as they are helping others in line who were there BEFORE me so no worries on the wait. Thank you for being a great bank for me and my family.
Horrible customer service. Been trying to call in all day and they place you on hold then hang up 20 minutes later. Always saying there is a line. If they cant handle a phone why have one there?
I like this branch always very helpful being coming here for the past 2years
