I ordered the family wing bundle for drop off at 7350 Anora, and I noticed the celeries were missing.
I usually order wings which are always good, but I decided to try something different. I ordered a brisket burger with cheese fries. Worst meal ever. I put in the special requests section in all capital letters: No pickles and no BBQ sauce. I went to pick up my burger to eat it and the bottom bun fell off; it was so greasy. My hands were covered in grease. I had to eat the burger without the bun, wiping off the BBQ sauce and taking off the pickles. As far as the brisket burger goes, I was lucky to find 2 well done pieces of brisket on my burger and My cheese was practically non existent. My cheese fries were all stuck together and hard. The cheese was over melted and hard as a rock.
The furniture just got upgraded and I like it! Service is good as always and they haven't reduced their beer menu like another restaurant I know of..RR, looking at you!
Couldn't place an order at the Craig location online or over the phone, so I settled with this location. The wait for my food after I arrived was a bit longer than what I was initially told, but I was in no rush.
All the workers were very nice. None of my sides were missing and everything was packaged accordingly.
Definitely willing to go out of my way for this location even though the Craig location is closer to my house. Seems like it would be a location that gets significantly less busier than others, but can't confirm that since I had a take out order. Just from what I saw, seems like a better option since Craig is always packed and their parking is terrible.
Always busy as it's buy one get one wings night. The ladies inside for carryout move efficient and courteous!
