AWFUL service. I’m appalled at how the manager “Steve” hounds every customer and breathes down your neck the moment you walk in. Extremely rude. Give me some space!!!!!!! Who hired this man? Learn some people skills!! Should not be in management position. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Luv the place a little expansive depends on what u need but I still love it there and they have helped me get to where I am today.

Probably won’t be doing business with these guys anymore. And still surprised by this.. I purchased a preworkout yesterday and opened it this morning to find the adhesive they use to seal it burned to the top of the container. So I made a trip down after work to exchange, which they did of course. I asked for my time and troubles if they would throw in an RTD of preworkout from the cooler? Steve said he would give me a protein bar. I said no thanks would rather the Lit. He said NO... I understand they don’t package the stuff themself, obviously. However I’m a regular customer who comes in no less that once a month to buy preworkout and protein when needed. You can’t throw in a $3 drink for my aggravation?? I really thought they were more sincere with their customer services. They are super friendly when they want to push rewards and auto ship, and ways to spend more money, but when it’s time to actually give customer service it’s too much to ask. You feel like as a customer you have a rapport with the people you do business with. In this case it’s ONLY worth a scoop of BCAAs or a protein bar that they were giving a way for promotion week anyway. Again I wasn’t returning because I didn’t like the flavor. I returned because it was scorched and damaged. As an Amazon Prime member I can get the off brand stuff less expensive or at the same price delivered to my door the same day in most cases. However I chose to go their to support local business and for that one on one customer service. Not worth it
