Biggest selection I've seen in any store of this kind,especially in Berlin, nice atmosphere, owners should be proud. Prices are good and affordable,usually go to get vape oil end up buying more. Nice open area,and there's no vaping allowed in store which is nice so there's no overpowering smell of 30 different smells.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Their products are affordable because their fragile & poorly made, the employees lack basic knowledge of the very products they sell, they conveniently have no refund/exchange policy & they were downright disrespectful to me, a paying customer. I purchased a glass item, and had to ask not only for a bag (which should be common sense), but for him to wrap the glass item in bubble wrap to secure it (again, common sense). The salesperson acted as if I had asked for the moon. Regardless, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, I was nothing but kind & respectful, I cut them some slack considering they're a newer business and perhaps the salesperson was a new hire. The product I purchased was so poorly made, it broke on the way home, bubble wrap and all. I returned to the shop the next day and explained the situation, I even suggested to take an item of less value (literally less than 1/4 the price of the item I had bought) in exchange, as I did not want the same model as the one I had purchased because there was clearly a design flaw. I spoke with the same unknowledgeable salesperson, who refused to do as little as give me a discount. I was extremely disappointed in the way the entire situation transpired. The salesperson didn't treat me like paying customer, but an annoyance. There was absolutely no excuse for treating paying customers like this. If you want items of quality, and a knowledgable sales staff, avoid Smoke 11.
