Peterbilt Of Connecticut

So My truck Broke down and I had it Towed in to their shop on Thursday afternoon. When I showed up on Friday at 3pm no one had looked at it yet. I did notice that a TMC truck was pulling out of the bay and went up on the hill and connected to his trailer that was not there on Thursday afternoon when I dropped off my trailer. when that truck came out of the shop the mechanic that was working on it came over to mine to bring it in to the shop. In talking with that mechanic and asked if they worked on Saturday his response was 40 hrs. was all he could take at this place. On Monday morning checked in with them and they had the part but had not worked on it yet. Sometime on Monday they worked on it but the mechanic ( the one from Friday) was working on it and went home early so instead of putting another mechanic on it right way they just pushed me to the side. Called on Tuesday Morning was told it should be finished sometime that morning was told to call back. Called back at 10:15 am still not ready. they called me and said might what to get another night at hotel. ( hotel staff said I was not the first Owner Operator to be frustrated over this day after day.) Called Back at 4:23pm the shop did not want to talk to me they handed me over to the mechanic. ( my truck went in for Diesel Exhaust Fluid Bad Quality. It was a wiring Harness connector I was told. it derated truck.) The mechanic tells me that he can not get the codes to clear. By the way not the same mechanic that started working on my truck. If your an owner operator from out of state don't bring your truck to this Peterbilt. If It would let me put no Star that's what they would have got.
