Miss the old owner. Cigars there are well kept, nice selection and had a few favs while shopping. Nice shop.
Don't be turned off by the less than amazing exterior of this store, it's a beauty in disguise. The store is very clean, well organized, and has high-end products. There's a nice humidor section as well as all the lighter and cutter varieties one could want. In their walk in humidor there is a nice variety of cigars. Not as many as the shop in Simsbury, but more higher end products. Employees are very kind as well. I'd definitely go again.
Very friendly with a good selection of quality cigars
Seems like they have a serious attitude problem. I called to ask about pipe tobacco and the man there said just come down and take a look. When I replied that I lived an hour away and would like to know his stock before I made the trip he hung up on me. The call was not disconnected. I then attempted multiple call backs and received a fax tone each time. Very poor Customer Care, IMHO.
The owner is a great guy who always looks out for me. Top notch store
