Friendly, helpful staff. Twice they have had the part I needed. My friend, who grew up a mile away, never knew this shop was here. Shop needs more exposure, larger sign.
Needed a snowblower quickly. Walked in, said what make and model I needed. I was asked when I wanted it, answered asap. Delivered immediately. Excellent local business. Sign on SD Hwy. would help, never knew it was there.
Attempted to replace a starter cord for my push lawnmower but unsuccessful. I called Wethersfield Small Engine Repairs and they said bring it in. A simple fix for them. They looked and fixed it the same day. Very impressed with their quality service and honesty. I’ll definitely return for any future repairs.
I was looking for a shop to repair an old chainsaw, John unfortunately said that it was not worth the effort and cost as not able to warranty the service. I agreed as the saw was quite old. The very next day I went back and bought a new saw from John and he went out of his way to make sure that the saw ran as it should and instructed me on how to use. I can say the professional attitude from John will keep me as a customer for many years.
Apparently I’m bad at maintaining my lawnmower’s engine because I’ve had to take it to them twice but each time they fixed it quickly and for a good price. Remember not to leave gas in your engine over the winter!
