This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. We got our food an hour late. The chips were stale, the “nachos” are just a joke. Everything was cold, no flavor at all and we had black flakes in the bottom of our cups. The owner just stands there and drinks, I’m pretty sure the cook was high or something. Overall, careless and disgusting food. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to eat here. The female waitresses were good, but that’s the only decent thing about this place....

Ate there today and the food was great. I would make one suggestion list ALL ingredients that go on things on the menu . ( we got the new smokehouse burger and it came with onions rings on it but wasn’t listed on menu). Other then that great service and friendly staff .

We stopped for lunch. We should have gone somewhere else. We ordered pulled pork sandwich. And louies specialty salad. The pulled pork was lacking in flavor, couldn't figure out the flavor of the bbq sauce it tasted more like french dressing. They were out of French fries so it came with chips. They were either burnt or mushy. The salad had no eggs, no walnuts, no croutons, and no homemade itaian dressing. Which it was supposed to have all those things on it. The chicken was flavorless and over cooked. The lettuce was not mix salad like it called for, it was iceberg. The order took 30 minutes. Needless to say we wont eat here again.

Louies all accommodating in every way! Tim happen to be passing by and heard request for food item that was sold out and made it happen so all were served delicious foodnBest friendly service and Tim makes you feel like you are the only one there.
