I love this place. Great food and good atmosphere. Love sitting out by river. Makes me feel like I am by the ocean. I have always had great service here!

The reason we went to Brooks and Browns this Christmas evening is that ....nthey advertised that they were going to be open...on Christmas, and no reservation was necessary. I did call ahead and verify.nnWhen we arrived at 6pm.. , Christmas, it was chaos, unfortunately. They had so many unhappy people... we had to listen as people left..nnI had with me, my favorite people.. my Brother and my Nephews...nWe were in absolute no hurry.. .nWe did have to listen to a few unhappy tables express their dissatisfaction with their visit.... people are awful...nnTHIS Is when , as a parent ( Auntie) ... you have the opportunity to teach patience and compassion. We were fine and took this opportunity to talk and tell stories.nnI feel like this establishment missed out on a great opportunity to make Christmas memories... happy memories..nnThe night was saved by the kitchen.. we ordered 4 of the only thing offered on the menu to find out that only ..2 of the dinners weren't available....nnThey offered steaks, cooked to order, instead.nI was weary......nBut they were served 《 perfectly!》nnThe kitchen staff was able to pull it together!!nThe front of house needed help!!nnIf you're open on a holiday, then own it.nBe there for your staffnnIf you want us to return, or recommend you to our people..nYou need to up your game....nHave you seen your recent reviews??nThey're awfulnnI left the a 100$ tip because it's Christmas .... I hope they have the decency to share with the kitchen!

I had heard that this bar received the best patio award? We were there on a Sunday night and sat outside. It looked like it had been abandoned. Put my arm in a spider web trying to get in the shade. The bartender was less than friendly and no fresh fruit for drinks.

Stay away from the breakfast buffet--unless you're partial to fake scrambled eggs, bland breakfast potatoes that could chip a tooth, and paper-thin bacon. The breakfast selection (buffet only) is meager and service is mediocre. A bowl of instant oatmeal would have been more satisfying. No thanks.
