Employees were great and fast to help. They have a lot of bowling alleys, pool tables, big arcade, air hockey, casino and a bar. Didn't eat here so I don't know about the food but the entertainment was great and they have something for everyone.

Took our kids for a little fun family evening. The teenagers that were running the front counter were arguing with each other and using the f word in front of my children!! We got tokens to play games while waiting for a lane and half the games were unavailable. Half the vending machines were not working either. The bathrooms were dirty and when I told an associate that there was a nasty mess in one of the stalls he acted as if he was annoyed that I'd let him know. I am not by any means a Karen but this was ridiculous.

Fun, and nice staff. Poorly ran, but trick you with low sounding prices, but always turns out extremely high. Also got charged double on my card and yet to get my money back a week later
