Best bank and best service in town Amazing very fast service in lobby I am visit in branch 1-2 time a week all employee here they Work very fast deposit in 1-2 minute no waiting not more than 3 minute everything done very fast Amazing

Slow Saturday Drive Thru Service, need more branches open and/or longer hours on Sat.

Another branch that has really friendly tellers. They are really professional!

First Security Bank is great as a whole, but the Grant Creek center branch is the slowest drive up on the face of the earth. If you have to go on a Saturday, prepare to wait in line at least 45 minutes. Maybe FSB should consider opening more branches on Saturday

I was a cranky ole hag when I went in there. Those poor ladies can handle customers in the best way AND I even left in a better mood. Idk how they did it.
