If I could give a zero I would. Today I had an appointment to bring my brothers dog in to get a bath. So being it’s my first time I have never been there before or knew what I was doing. The staff was absolutely rude didn’t explain anything to me and then when I asked a question the lady had an attitude like I was inconveniencing her. After the bath was done I go up to pay and I had a fifty dollar bill on me she tells me she can’t take that so I explained to her that I don’t have anything smaller and I didn’t bring any of my debit or credit cards with me. I told her I could run to the bank and get smaller bills that way and she said sorry you can’t do that. Then she goes to her manager and comes back and says we can’t do that either, not even bothering to come speak with me personally and try and come up with a solution. So I asked her what I was suppose to do and she goes back to the manager and comes back to me and say leave your name and number on a paper which I did and I left went to the store and came right back. I go back in the store to pay both the lady and the manager is there together at the register I hand her the money then I ask them for their name and the lady says I don’t feel comfortable giving you my name and the manager had a name tag on. I absolutely will never go back there, very disappointed.

I want to change my review. The girl that I thought was “rude” originally might have just had a bad day. I’ve been to the store many times since then, and she’s been very pleasant. I’m glad I kept coming, and I’m going to miss this store lots!

If there is a negitve star I would select it. I booked both my dogs a week ago for a wash . I'm the only one in the place and the policy is that two dogs can't be in the same place at the same time. . RIDICULOUS!! I'm by myself. The girl never offered to walk my other fog around while I bathed one. Last time I go there.Yes I'm very inconvenienced . I'm a senior, I like the use of the bsys but the policies are Rediculious!!

Great choice of dog food without chicken and turkey in every brand. Love the holistical K9 brand. My dogs love it too. Great price! Clean store and well stocked. Friendly people.

I was helped by Benjamin when coming out of state to pick up some treats for my dog to bring home. He was beyond helpful and polite and made the experience extremely positive
