Very educational. Nice professional staff
We visited the store in South Windsor today fully expecting my wife to need a hearing aid. Mr Gilbert conducted a thorough hearing exam which indicated she did not have enough loss to merit wearing the device at this time. I wasn’t really thinking I needed a hearing aid at age 64 but was offered the free test which I undertook. It indicated a moderate loss in one frequency range (4khz). We have great insurance that will be changing after the first of the year but Mr Gilbert explained the down side of wearing a hearing aid vs the benefits and didn’t think it would be in my best interest at this time. He basically could have talked me into purchasing a free device but didn’t try to. I was so impressed with this mans’ honesty that I will go back to him for annual tests and possibly a purchase in the future. Would highly recommend him and his accommodating front office staff.
