Absolutely terrible hours. I can’t go to the bank without taking time off from work. They have also erroneously charged me fees several times.
Customer service at this branch is awful. Closing my accounts with BOA ASAP. If you have to interact with Lisa, don’t expect a pleasant experience.
The past few times we've gotten quarters for laundry this location has shortchanged us by putting pennies in their quarter rolls, essentially stealing from us.nnBeware if you need to use this bank for coins because they don't doublecheck their rolls before handing them out to people.nnYou'll be out of money a lot faster than you would normally. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
very rude older bank teller
9-4 on weekdays and 9-1 on sat are the worst hours. Impossible for an average working person to get there between those times.
