I went here yesterday and the owner was NOT WEARING A MASK. Then proceeds to talk to with not 6ft away. I kept backing up and he would come closer. I even mentioned that he should be wearing a mask and didn’t say anything about it. This is against policy and ALL businesses are REQUIRED to wear masks.nnI went there again today to return something and guy at the register said I cannot return it even tho I did not use it and I had the receipt with me. He was extremely rude and showed no concern for me. Spend your time driving to a different smoke shop. Don’t go here they rip people off and don’t care about your health and safety.

Very displeased with the business. Last week I purchased several disposable vape products. Ultimately one of those items was defective aka it did not vapirize any liquid and pull it up through the filter. It cost $12. I brought the defective item back 3 days later and was told to return when the manager was available, day 4. On day 4, the associate at the counter would not get the manager; told me the policy existed because of the potential for scammers. He so suggested that I could try any item in the store after purchase and offered me half off the purchase of a new one. I wasn't even asking for my money back but to replace the defective item. Okay so now if I buy more than one of these I have to open all of them to try immediately to determine if they are a viable product? In my experience this starts an oxidation process with the vape liquid that will reduce it's shelf life. I'm very unhappy with customer service here and will no longer be purchasing from them.

Clerks absolutely have no knowledge about vaping at all. Asked one for new batteries for my vape and he showed me coils instead. I repeatedly asked for batteries while he was showing me more and more coils. I left the store afterwards, without batteries.
