I like the treatment I get at PET VALU everytime I go there or make my order's over the Phone. I get very CURTIOUS ATTENTION AND SERVICE. IF I HAVE TOO RETURN ANYTHING I HAVE NO PROBLEM AT ALL.nTHANK YOU PET VALU WORKER'S IV'E BEEN WITH THEM FOR ALMOST A YEAR.
Went for the dog washing station...it is amazing! They provide the shampoo (and have tons of options!) and unlimited large microfiber towels...the stations also have dryers that are awesome! And for only $10 it's a steal...will definitely be back!
I never leave bad reviews BUT I brought my dog in for a dog wash and was told the dog wash was closed. It’s 4:45, they close at 6:00. Customer service, absolute trash.
They had my bath waiting for the exact time of my appointment. Shampoo & towels. Every question I asked the team members were eager to assist me. Thank you for a WOW service!!
