Besides the great food the service is excellent. The people are friendly,accomodating, and skilled. Did I mention the food is excellent? Lol Due to my work with Covid, my schedule doubled for quite awhile. I missed being able to stop in, grab a grinder, a drink and dont forget the delicious cookies.nIf you are coming off the highway on crooked steet come thru Plainville and stop by. Its a small neighborhood deli with all the character and charm thay makes Plainville good. Come by, it will be worth it.

This is a great place to get a great meal. And don't forget to get a bake goodie also. I have been going to Jim's Deli for over 25 years! Great service and fast!!!

Absolutely not adhering to covid 19 guidelines.This is a small convenience store with a deli in it. It was crowded with multiple people standing around the deli counter most of them not wearing masks. The employees preparing the sandwiches were also not wearing masks. Once I saw this, I left. I wasn't about to stand in a group of unprotected people just for lunch
