Too many issues to deal with. Work not performed but charged top dollar. Later I had a real mechanic look at it after they declared it sound and ready to go because I was still having problems. Real mechanic showed me a brittle and cracked oil line and a leaking oil and fuel pump. If they really looked at it honestly the first time, they would have seen what was obvious and could have gotten more for the repair work but instead they can settle for a disatisfied ex customer and this review.nnAs a follow up to your response to be fair, I didn't mention not enough fluid in the trim motor and motor got stuck in the up position the first time I used it.. secondly, I had several conversations with you on the phone the first time and even brought the boat back. It left the boat to you to find the problems. I'm not the mechanic. You said your mechanic went through it and it was fine and you billed me. Only later did I realise that It wasn't running well and the oil alarm kept going off. It wasn`t getting oil because he never checked the oil leak or found the cracked oil line. I didn't trust to call you again. I brought It somewhere else and the mechanic went through it with me and showed me what your mechanic missed. He fixed It and the boat runs great again. It just seems that your response to complaints is very generic. Sorry but I did what any customer would do and gave you the benifit of the doubt. Never again.

Took care of the issue with a returned radio through manufacturer

Brought my boat to have tilt trim motor replaced, I provided the part. Charged me $600 and never checked it because they never put any tilt trim fuild in it. I had to do that myself.nAlso had my boat in there indoor storage for the winter, my trailer was brand new. Had zero road time on it. Literally went from my house to affordable marine storage. Got it back in the spring with leaking wheel bearing.nSTAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
