I am always impressed with Bristol Health Care. Dr. Bellezza is an expert and remembers all his patients even if they only come once a year. I always feel I'm in good hands when I get treated here. Thank you Bristol Health.

I was scheduled about a month in advance and after confirming they called me a few hours later having to reschedule. Ok no problem. I unfortunately am unable to accommodate the day and time they offered due to a shortage at my job. So I called to request for a couple of days I have available. The girl says “unfortunately we just can’t accommodate that” and when I asked why is it that I had to reschedule an appointment after confirming an appointment and how this is just so insane. She had the audacity to say my situation doesn’t seem to be an emergency. I was absolutely floored by that comment after I explained that the ER advise I follow up with a urologist and after having concerns with my kidneys. But ya that’s does not sound like an emergency. This is why I don’t go to anything associated with the Bristol care.

What great service I received! At this time when everybody is using covid as an excuse to provide delayed, slow, ineffective service I did not have much hope that I would have a satisfactory experience.nI was pleasantly surprised. I got an appointment the same day I called. Even with them taking all the covid precautions. I got in, the forms were already completed for me, I got x rays, I saw Dr Belazza and I was on my way to pick up the prescription that they had already called in for me. Less than 20 minutes! Done.

Arrived 17 min after appointment time with my 91 year old mother. Was turned away without being seen. She is in a wheel chair with severe disabilities including Parkinsons. Was told had.a strict policy not to see patients if more than 15 min late. I was furious. I even spoke with gentlemen claiming to be office manger: Appealing to him that with coldest day of year and slick conditions I misjudged hiw slow she would be getting into their offices. My appeal fell on deaf ears.nI cannot believe the lack of compassion and disrespectful treatment we received. This is certainly not an environment that is friendly to seniors or the disabled. My poor Mom there to see cardiologist Dr Debiase was so upset.nI am certainly going to report to Medicare about my experience. Other workers were astonished and felt horrible but seemed to be in just as much disbelief as I was that an accommodation was not made. I guess they are not aware of the ADA.nTo add insult to injury they asked me if I wanted to reschedule?? They must be kidding.

Horrible service. My appointment with Hilda Boteng was cancelled multiple times then tried to call them and was on hold for over 45 minutes. This was a waste of money to build! What type of providers treats patients like this
