A friend of mine had surgery here. Here it is the next day and I still can't reach her. I tell the operator to transfer me to the floor and I get hung up on. Wait three mins call again get the operator and she transfers me again. I explain to the lady I've been trying to reach my friend for 24 hrs calling and calling nobody answersnThe phone in her rm and I'm worried she cuts me off and says there nothing she can do she can't go check rn. I understand that sometimes it gets busy but come on! Y'all get paid excellent money there's no reason for EVERY SINGLE person on the phone to have a attitude besides the operator who's probably extremely busy. WORST HOSPITAL CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! What if she's hurt in the room and her phones broke?!

I have been to BH several times over the years for family members and my own personal output services. The experiences have varied wildly, from easy and pleasant to horrific. My most recent experience will lead to them loosing all my future output business. I went to see a specialist whose office is in their cancer center. Because of this, it is somehow legal for them to charge me twice. Once for the doctor and again a facility bill. I was shocked at such a policy, but I needed to see this specialist and she has no other office. I have been steadily paying off both of my bills monthly since. Would you believe that in the middle of a global health crisis where people’s lively hoods are threatened, when I was consistently paying them a monthly amount they sent a $20.32 balance to collections. What is wrong with these people? Is that the kind of company you are. One who puts $20 over the well-being of members of your community. Nor was I given any warning such would occur. I received no phone call, no e-mail. No letter advising that if the balance wasn’t immediately paid my account would go to collections. I made my monthly payments, obtained receipts proving such and waited till the next month to pay, because it’s not like these are my only bills people! Really, $20 to collections. $20 on a bill that is not even 6 months old. You are probably paying more to have them harass me over a debt I have already fully paid then the $20 you were trying to collect. As I said, I will be taking all of my out patient services elsewhere!

Worst experience ever. Lost my Mom's phone charger and on top of that the hospital phone was not working so they every single time time when they shut down I had wait to talk my Mom. Always seemed unhappy, upset and unwilling to help. Real Nightmare.

Went to admit myself due to an infected cut. After seeing patients sitting on the ground and laying in the middle of the halls like one of them horror movies. I immediately left because it was disgusting and the ER was eary looking

This place is a joke I came in for multiple things wrong and they just work on one thing at a time they offer no help at all the doctors don't care you have to flip out just so they come back to see all i see here is people on there phones offering no help at all i tell people I come here to die because one day they won't help and end up killing me.
