Great customer service very friendly attitude
I used to frequent Rick's shop several years ago when I worked in the area, haven't been by in a while but am getting the itch to visit. I have purchased several vintage pieces from Rick and have had nothing but the best service and experience. He has a wealth of knowledge that he loves to share and is the only place I would feel comfortable purchasing a watch or having one serviced. Top notch.
Bought a Rolex from him last year was super happy with it. When I had an issue with it, I sent it back and he fixed it within 24 hours. Great friendly service. I can highly recommend pieces of time for all your watch needs!
This is a great store! It's fresh and tidy in there, with lots of beautiful watches on display. Rick, the owner has great knowledge and passion about old timepieces; speaking with him is informative and fascinating.nnBest is his sense of honor. I brought in a vintage watch for a new band. After helping me choose one consistent with the period he noticed that my watch would need some minor repairs to accept the band. He quoted me a fair price and he took the watch to make the repairs.nnLater I found out that much more than minor repairs were needed. Rick had to disassemble, fix and clean the watch. But despite all the extra work and time he spent he stood by his quote. I so appreciated his integrity and, yes, generosity.nnA really fine experience!
If you want to buy a nice time piece this should be the only place you should shop. Do not waist your time buying elsewhere. You will be buying from a True watchmaker that enjoys what he does and cares about every time piece that leaves his shop. I have bought multiple pieces from here and the experience and service you get is top quality.
