Used to be responsive at this branch. I have left messages for the branch manager to get back to me, and no one ever returns a call. When I email TD Bank staff to get information about the PPP loan program, no one responds. The customer service has deteriorated at this branch over the past three years.
I would like to say that we have received so much wonderful assistance from a representative, Giselle. She is absolutely helpful, and will step up and go above and beyond to help. We had a long distance closing on our 2nd home in Florida and she was so understanding on our needs. Thank you!
