Very slow and unfriendly. Only one person taking care of all customers and 4 other employees only make fun. Awful!

Walked up right as the guy was apparently locking the door, after discovering that my bank card was missing, brewe just smiled and turned his back on me. Not a care at all helping a customer.

Getting cash for the Lunar New Year to put in the envelope as tradition. In the past, this bank has always anticipated Lunar New Year as the population in the area has this need. However, this time around, I was met with a lady who in her very short answers let me know they ONLY have new cash when it's around Christmas or New Year. Very disappointed in the response. Is there a new manager who doesn't understand the need in the area?

I just opened up a checkings and a savings and the staff was very friendly and professional I spoke with Melissa she helped me with setting up my accounts and explained everything to me with step by step instructions and the tellers were also awesome
