The girl behind the counter was amazing an knowledgable. She was able to get me in and out quickly. Sold me an amazing phone. So far the service seems strong as well. I think the girls name was sylvia. I highly recomend this location.
Very nice and helpful bought a phone case
I had to wait in there for over an hour to be sold a phone that I wasn't suppose to have since I found out later it was a display phone but the customer service is phenomenal: I wasn't annoyed by the wait because the friendliness and down to earth personality of the the employee.
When it's your first visit, the sales staff is helpful. Actually only one employee can be categorized as such, others are lazy and don't want to be bothered.nUnfortunately the good service from that one employee stops after sale is complete. On your next visit, nobody wants to be bothered with answering any of your questions or helping out in any way, since you're usually not buying anything at that time. Too bad. Thought I found a good place for my phone shopping, guess I was wrong. Will make future purchases online only.
This location has THE BEST MANAGER!! Her name is Agata (hope I spelt her name right). She is a one of a kind. I went in to this location a little over a month ago to purchase two new phones. I was going to take advantage of their new financing program however it wouldn't fit my budget. So Agata went over all my options and did all the math so I knew exactly what it would run me before purchasing. She even made sure that I had everything I need for the phones and on the phones. I've also called her several times with questions in which she answered right away or had me go into the store to help me. Most places just sell you a product then it's up to you to figure it out and surprised when you get the bill for all the charges. Not at cricket not with Agata. She was/is AMAZING!!! AS a company you should do whatever it takes to keep her. Use her as your example when you hire new associates and especially new Management. Thank you so much Agata for everything you do and continue to do!!!!nAlso I had rated using the stares 8 months ago but this review is for November/December.
